As I was working on the manual for Pillar 7 of The Creator’s Code “I accept and understand my needs and I get them met so I can create from a clean clear space”.
I was again moved by how deep and significant this pillar is…and how we as human beings have the capacity to justify, settle or otherwise diminish our needs.
Now I need to be clear that over the past 25 years I have worked with 10’s of thousands of people on this topic and I feel qualified to say, the VAST majority of people are not even close to having their needs met.
NOTE: If you question that take a trip to the mall and watch the shopping zombies attempt to get their needs met at “The Gap”.
Now at our core each of us is aware of what this means personally in our own life. You know those nagging feelings that something is missing, or that our job is not fulfilling or that our relationships are not meeting all of our needs, love, intimacy, connection, sex…whatever it is. (I know, I know run on sentence, but I like how it flowed)
Anyway back to the point, the great reminder I got was that I could be more compassionate, accepting and open to the “craziness” of the people in my life and in the world.
The truth is they are in a battle to get their needs met (primarily unconscious), and for the most part are NOT SUCCEEDING!
This is why Pillar 7 is so vitally important to assisting people to create what they desire and deserve.
So to support you to lets dissect the 3 prime elements of the pillar 7
“I accept and understand my needs and I get them met so I can create from a clean clear space”
Three Key Elements
1) Acceptance: you have needs, you almost certainly have deficient needs, and the faster you tell the truth about it the easier it will be to create what you desire and deserve in your life.
2) Understand: What the hell are they REALLY? Why do some of my needs not make any freaking sense (think of the need for self sabotage)?? The truth is they do actually make sense, NOT from a conscious thought perspective, but always from a belief system/wiring perspective. 3) Now who specifically must I be , what SPECIFICALLY must I do, and what specifically must I have to fulfill those needs. INCLUDING A REAL TANGIBLE ACTION PLAN.
When you put these three things together a small miracle happens, all of the indirect, covert, and ineffective attempts at getting your needs met fall away and you are left with something amazing. You are left with an abundance of energy (it frees up all the old misdirected energy) and the experience of fulfillment.

Hey all, I know that it has been a long time since I wrote, I have seen creating like a mad man, and many VERY large pieces of my vision for The Creator’s Code have come together in the last 3 weeks…very, very cool!
So I have just finished a 3 day intensive with Garrett White and Gerald Rogers in Salt Lake City. Simply put the course was outstanding, I have been working with coaches, consultants, and this course was more specific, added more DETAILS that clarified online campaigns in 3 days than I have learned in 2 years COMBINED, and I have worked with some of the big names…including the originator of the product launch formula process.
The purpose of this short note is to express gratitude for a fantastic event, the sharing of what I know is EXPENSIVELY learned lessons. I appreciate the willingness to share, contribute and dramatically shorten the learning process.
This is such a great example and reminder for me, that so many times I (and MOST human beings) have all the resources at our finger tips, but that is NOT enough. I/we need to understand the nuances of the inter relationships between the resources, that is the only way that we can use the tools in and effective and powerful manner.
So thank you to you both and all the great people in the room, it was a fantastic few days. I look forward to doing much more work together!
I am feeling quite amazing today. In reality there is no particular reason that I am feeling so good this morning. In fact if I wanted to there are a multitude of reasons why today I “should not” feel particularly amazing.
- My video projects are behind
- My web developer in Kenya is behind
- One of my key sites that I have been working on for months is close but still not complete
- Someone tossed and some animal shredded a Macdonalds bag of garbage in front of our house
- I am in the midst of some significant conflict with a past tenant who did not leave his space in the state in which he received it.
All of which COULD be reasons to not feel amazing, however I CHOOSE to live into Pillar #5 of The Creator’s Code which is I live a life of Abundance, Generosity and Celebration! For more information on this pillar please take a moment to watch.
As my video states, focusing on abundance, generosity and celebration, are some of the easiest ways to raise vibration, live in the present and access your powers of CREATION!
One of the easiest ways to do this is to consistently and consciously GIVE.

I had a fantastic time at Brendon Burchard’s Experts Academy. Simply put it was the largest, best run, best content program I have ever attended. Other than his inappropriate touching of my friend and associate Amy, everything was exceptional!
I would describe my experience in general like this. Brendon had a VERY pointy 200 foot stick that he repeatedly poked me with over and over and over again. Yes the pokes hurt, primarily and most significantly on the topic of “strategic integration” much of what he said and taught I too have taught in my classrooms primarily based on my own in person seminar business and supporting others with their in person training and coaching business. Where I have missed the boat in a huge way is the “strategic integration” of my online component of my business. in that area of my business all I could say over and over again was “rhymes with truck” and OUCH, quit poking me!! Well…poke me a little more please, clearly I have MUCH more to learn.
So I will share the major take aways as a way to contribute and a way to remind myself and anchor the core lessons.
- The Creator’s Code is no longer a regional business it is a GLOBAL movement, so we must reach people where they are at! That means developing and focusing on ONLINE TRAINING programs! NOTE: This is a significant and huge opportunity for EVERYONE who has a message to share!
- Technology has accelerated so much that what I once paid $10,000 for and took forever is now a 10 min process with software that costs $100 a month! What this means to you is that is has NEVER been easier to build a global online business than it is today.
- With all the content I have I could spend the next 3 years getting it into online format and not even scratch the surface. This is where 25 years of creating content is an advantage, but lets be clear you do not need a ton of content, you simply need something that you are great at that you can share with the world.
- Online content CAN BE/ IS a compliment to the in person transformational experience, no need to worry about overlap of concepts. Give them the idea and concept, satisfy their head in the comfort of their home, give them the transformation, heart in a live event and each compliments the other. Simply put if you have a sold online business, you can have a solid offline business and vice versa, is is NOT one or the other.
- The structure and strategy of a great educational series is actually quite simple and straight forward, and my business is perfectly positioned to utilize the model. I believe it will make a MUCH larger value contribution to the planet and catapult The Creator’s Code into a global movement quickly!
So I have been doing my best to apply the core concepts of global video marketing and have created my first video education funnel, aimed at coaches and facilitators, but it really does apply to ALL educators, experts and support professionals. It is very much a work in progress but it will give you a great idea of what I learned at Experts Academy and will teach you a ton about what it takes to build a kick ass coaching and training business.
