It will take you 1 minute to watch and a lifetime to integrate.
Where must you take the risk to go against the grain?

This is a excerpt from my book “Reframe Your Blame, How to Be Personally Accountable” It focuses on the key elements of becoming a generator (or what I will call a creator in future editions.
Consciousness Clue
We choose all our beliefs, consciously and less than consciously, to help us make sense of and cope with the world. Some of those beliefs may no longer support us. If all our beliefs are chosen in the first place, why not choose beliefs that support us in feeling happy, joyful, and purposeful?
Once you begin to wrap your head and heart around dealing with the mechanics of life at the practical level of accountability and you explore the broader arching lessons of spiritual evolution, often a pattern begins to emerge. You discover that the lessons you are learning are related, not random. Cumulatively, they will answer your question, “What is my mission?†More on this in the final segment of the book.
Of all the benefits of accountability, one of the easiest to observe is what life is like when you stop draining yourself and others and become a generator. Most people instinctually get what this means, but let’s answer the question, “A generator of what?â€
The short answer is, “a generator of whatever you focus on—energy, love, acceptance, money, support, wisdom, knowledge, connection—the list is almost endless.â€
When you’re a generator, you experience synergy. Amazingly, the effects of the whole become greater than the sum of the parts. One plus one no longer equals two. Now, it equals eleven.
Here are some clues to recognize when you are being a generator:
How can you tell if you are actually being accountable? Be warned. Initially, there are times when we flip back and forth between victimization and accountability several times within the same thought. This is common. Even when you dedicate yourself to Personal Accountability, you still have all those old Victim stories, triggers, and patterns in your memory. Be patient. It takes time, practice and purpose.
To support you along the way, there are some milestones that you can look for to see if you are on track.

I did the webinar last year for a company that I co founded called The GrowOp. I know, I know, we choose it to poke people about the personal growth required to actually succeed as an entrepreneur and claim the opportunities that exist. This webinar is all about risking and even if you are not an entrepreneur I highly recommend you watch it and learn what it will take for you to consciously risk MORE!

I am on the plane coming home from a week in Florida, It was a pretty amazing experience, I spoke at a Powerteam International event called Inspiration 2020. It was my first platform presentation in the US. I really enjoyed myself had a great experience and cannot wait to do it again.
We have booked another Personal Best Level One in Chicago and now the wheels must get moving to fill these programs.
In addition I was invited to participate in a high level mastermind called The Winners Circle held in a 38,000 sq ft mansion just outside of Tampa. I had the honor and privilege of working with 10 other amazing and brilliant authors, speakers, entrepreneurs.
As most of you know t have spent the last couple of years travelling with my friend Colin doing similar mastermind groups with elite entrepreneurs.
I truly enjoyed my time in the Mansion and I thought I would share some of my take aways from my 2 days.
1)   The viral coefficient, this I believe is one of the most powerful tools for business growth under the sun. Simply put it is the number of new customers/users that you get from each one of your customers/users. Anything over 1.2 will lead to viral growth so the question is how do you get your customers to refer you enough times that each client refers 1.5 new clients? If you can accomplish the 1 simple task your business and offering will grow VIRAL.
2)   I am very grateful for the Canadian health care system, there was a couple there that is doing a huge fundraiser for the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The number of hero’s and victims that are still struggling with health complications and no support to speak of from the government it is frankly astounding to me. I know our system is imperfect but it is leaps and bounds better than our American friends.
3)   I admire the creativity of marketing and promotions that these business leaders have used. Everything from internationally broadcast infomercials, best selling books, at home study programs, multi speaker events, high end coaching, masterminds, direct mail campaigns, national newspaper programs. It is a great reminder that if you have a business marketing, marketing, marketing!!
4)   I got some great examples of platform speaking structure and formats, which I was quite blown away by how people can inspire action in such short periods of time. There are some exceptionally talented people that I look forward to learning and working with many of them.
5)   Perhaps most significant for me is the realization that I am not in the process of scaling Personal Best to the US, I am in the process of instigating a global movement of Conscious Creators, of which the personal best content is only a small part. I will create community online and off line, there will be games, apps and social Media integration. I will spark creation circles that will build our community in excess of 50,000 members in 1 year, I will create a community that will attract the biggest speakers in the world who want access to our community and energy. This community will support each other to their highest good and evolution.
My brain is very full at this moment, but above all I am inspired, motivated and clear about what I intend to create!
It has been a long time since I have written and much has happened in the past month or so. I will do my best to outline a few of the highlights. First of all I had my first platform presentation in Orlando at Bill Walsh’s event Inspiration 2020 which I will speak at again in October in Las Vegas. This was a great event and thanks to Bill for putting it on and having me there, I shared the stage with a bunch of fascinating people including John Asaraf from The Secret, Ted Thomas, Ron Legrand and Marco Kozlowski a fascinating real estate expert who we are bringing to Alberta early August be sure you catch Marco at these Inner Circle Mastery Evenings.
For perspective when I got on the plane it was freezing in Calgary and it was BEAUTIFUL in Orlando! At this event I am in the conference from 9 am – 10 pm each morning passing this beautiful pool and water slide each morning and I gaze longingly at the pool and I promised myself that I would spend at least some time by the pool. That said I was so fascinated by the people who were presenting I could not tear myself away from the event.
During this time meet Roger Salam who runs The Winners Circle TWC and I connected and he was working me (I mean seriously working me, everywhere I turned there he was saying “are you coming to the mastermind?” it was actually pretty funny) to stay in Florida longer and attend one of his masterminds. I was totally interested and fascinated as Colin and I spent 2 years running similar groups together, but I was REALLY missing Cory and the kids, so I was torn. Finally I decide that I will simply take a half hour by the pool, sit in the sun have a nice cold beer and consider what I should do.
So there I sit enjoying the sun my brain literally overflowing from the amazing content of a multitude of speakers, wondering if I should just get my but home or should I stay to experience this mastermind. It is clear to me that the future of Personal Best is outside of Alberta/Western Canada…it is clear to me that I will take a completely different approach to building the organization than I did in the past, and it is clear to me that there are more opportunities than I would be able to pursue in 10 lifetimes. As I have these realizations I look up into the sky and there is skywriter just finishing the word “TRUST”. A huge smile crosses my face and I think what a perfect sign for me at this moment in time. I go back to drinking my beer, I have a short visit with a couple of fellow attendees by the pool and am content to just “BE” for awhile. I prepare to leave the pool and make my final decision about staying for the mastermind when I look to the sky and the plane is just finishing the letter “J”!!
The picture above is an untouched sign from above that said “J TRUST” the trust word is starting to get blown around but when it was originally finished is was as clear as the letter J.
Well clearly I listened to the sign and I stayed for The Winners Circle Mastermind which was outstanding and I met some fantastic people. I did tease Roger that hiring a skywriter is going a little far to acquire a new client, but I did appreciate the nudge. I will share my experience of the TWC mastermind in a future entry it too was full of fascinating synchronicity.
My questions for you are:
What are the signs around you that are nudging you?
Are you paying attention to the synchronicity of the universe?
What do the signs actually mean?
What must you take action on today?
Remember:
There is no such thing as chance; and what seem to us merest accident springs from the deepest source of destiny.
