“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.†– Lao Tzu
As summer comes to an end and I feel the energy shifting to “ok, lets get back at it” here in the office and with clients from all over I am feeling very excited, things are changing, at times it feels slowly and at times too fast…like there is not enough time to get everything done.
So I thought I would share with you some of the highlights of what I am most exited about in my life and business:
- Instigating a global movement of Conscious Creators called “The Creator’s Code”
- On Septenber 9 – 11 I am delivering the first “Gift” program in the US. Bill Walsh and Powerteam International are hosting the program in Chicago (BIG Thank you Bill, I really appreciate it!) This is a milestone for me, Personal Best and our new brand The Creator’s Code.
- The Gift is a brand new 3 day program using some of the core Personal Best Concepts and many new approaches, concepts and modalities will help you to become a “Conscious Creator” by mastering the direction of your energy and emotions, committing to a mission larger than self, and mastering money once and for all.
- The launch of the our new transformational application and integration program “Creation Circles”
- Training a group of talented and amazing people to be Creation Circle Leaders (If you are a coach/facilitator and are interested in beta testing with us come find out more on Sept 20th in Calgary)
- Working with amazing Joint Venture Partners like Jo-Anne Vacing of the eWomen network, I will be providing FREE one on one coaching at their Meet You in The Mountains event Sept 30 – Oct 2. With my regular rate of $500 an hour, some time with me could pay for your entire registration cost! If you are an entrepreneur in Alberta check out the event!
- We have booked Hay House best selling author Greg Braden for a speaking event in 2012 which will be fantastic! If you are a fan be sure to pre purchase VIP tickets ASAP
- The launch of my new book and at home study program “The Creator’s Code”
- Speaking on joint venture partners stages worldwide
What I am letting go of to make space for the new:
- The Personal Best brand
- Old methods of attracting clients
- Being geographically rooted only in (Alberta/western Canada) including:
- Clients
- Staff
- Business partners
- Even living here in Canada full time, I am about done with long winters ; )
- The idea that “in person is best”
- Old methods of filtering and training facilitators
- Support structures that do not fulfill core needs
- Anything “Low Level”
- Drama
- Mechanics
- Relationships
- Time wasters (TV/Facebook/surfing)
- Marketing
All of this and more is in process, on the way and will be the way of my world in 2012. If creating your world in a more conscious and deliberate manner is of interest to you then give us a call and find out how you can participate and benefit by living The Creator’s Code”
I look forward to being of service and co creating something AMAZING!
Jay

Hi Jay,
I agree with your point about letting go of “in-person is best” – and all the beliefs that go with that. From my experience with facilitating 1-2 day classes, for most people clearing their calendar for 2 straight days is quite a huge effort. I’ve noticed that generationally, the baby-boomers have a belief system that having an intense focus for 2 days is worth it and a valuable way to spend that much time.
However, as the boomers leave the workforce and the next generation of leaders are filling in behind them, the younger participants don’t have the same experience of the value of “in-person” or “intensive/exclusive focus”.
It’s a good debate about the quality of the experiential learning when using different technologies to connect, but I think the reality is that people have multiple priorities and there are barriers to asking people to commit to participate in-person when there could be other options that they would value more.
Looking forward to the evolution of the new model!
Hey Jacquie
It is fascinating to me… as I know that there are many things I have learned outside of intensive/exclusive focus. Yet some of my peak experiences in life have been in person and intensive/exclusive in focus. The big thing for me is that times, and means of learning and connecting are changing, and faster than I thought they would. It will take some conscious letting go of my “old” preferences but I am excited about the changes as well! Jay
Congratulations Jay! Sounds like you are making some good moves for yourself personally and professionally. Thanks so much for “sharing your journey” over the last several months, and for sharing your plans for “letting go” – in a sense, making it easier for others to do the same. After clearing a lot of space, I’ve had a lot of great acts of creation coming together (I can fill you in later).
The Creation Circles look great! Will it be possible to join the monthly meetings in ways other than “in person?”
